In this seven course specialisation, I am designing a menu and payment app with a responsive website focused on a café business in my city. I apply the design process from beginning to end: empathising with users, defining their pain points, creating personas and user stories, generating ideas for design solutions, building wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma or Adobe XD, and test my designs.

In this eight course specialisation, I am completing a case study where I generate research questions, prepare, process, analyse, visualise and act on the data from the case study. To clean, organise, analyse, visualise, and report data, I am learning the programming language R and SQL.

In this scientific project, I contributed to each phase including business development through B-2-B, proposals, webpage and branding, stakeholder management, and project and product development in start-up environment within the biomedical and veterinary sector. The objective was to investigate the olfactory abilities of dogs to detect human diseases, specifically, COVID-19.
In this role as market researcher, I recruited, screened, and interviewed professionals from the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector for a brand awareness market study through CATI based surveys. I was in a team of 500 highly experienced, articulate interviewers operating into over 120 countries. I was attentive to detail and project objectives by screening eligible respondents, making sure the research was relevant to them and target industries.

In this four year project, I led an investigation with qualitative methods and coordinating all project milestones about bullying and harassment practices in elite track & field, and its relationship with the organisational culture, psychological safety, and the work environment of one of the most important sports organisations in Jalisco, Mexico.
Market Research Analyst - Healthcare Strategy Consulting
In this healthcare consulting project, I was in charge of primary and secondary research about veterinary insurance practices through direct contact with clients and desk-based research on Nordic and European countries. I was a dedicated team member assisting managers to present relevant research data to clients, contributing to the maintenance of its 85% client repeat rate.
